The Field Ready Foundation Certificate

Once registered, complete the Field Ready Foundation certificate.

This is a series of free online training programmes to improve your employability. To become certified, complete the learning pathway which includes Applied Personal Skills, Digital Skills and Financial Literacy.

The more training you complete, the more likely you are to access opportunities on the platform, such as mentorship, face-to-face training, and employment.
